Brian Kennedy is a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 38. He assumed office in 1989. His current term ends on January 7, 2025.

Kennedy is running for re-election to theRhode Island House of Representativesto representDistrict 38. He is on the ballot in the general election onNovember 5, 2024. He advanced from the Democratic primary onSeptember 10, 2024.

He has also served as a State Committeeman for District 16/38 since 1988.

Kennedy earned his B.A. in history and general social studies from Providence College in 1983 and his MBA from Anna Maria College in 1987. His professional experience includes working as a real estate broker/appraiser for Kennedy Realty and Appraisal since 1986.
