While in the Pennsylvania legislature Driscoll voted for multiple pro-life laws, including legislation prohibiting someone from having an abortion if the reason for having the abortion was because the child was diagnosed with down syndrome and also legislation to require the remains of children killed in abortion be handled with dignity by requiring them to be cremated or buried.
